We were very happy with the service we received, we had 4 transfers and every one was on time, we even kept you waiting once when our cases hadn’t been brought up from the room but the driver didn’t show any sign of irritation.
I was attracted to your service because of the very reasonable rates but I certainly didn’t sacrifice any quality for that.

We have arrived home safely today.
We would like to say, how impressed we were with the Airport Transfers,
Our driver was waiting for us on arrival, he was very friendly and helpful,
Today, we had a pick-up at 9am, as we came out the Hotel, our driver was
there to pick us up, exactly on time.
We noticed other hotel guests from our hotel were waiting outside for their
transfers from another source, they had been waiting there for 15minutes!
So, we feel very happy we had booked with you. We will certainly holiday
again in Maderia, and will definately use your transfers again.

Hi Susana,
I would like to just say thank you for your great service.
Our driver was on time to pick us up even though our flight in was late arriving
and he also advised us of the fact our flight out would probably be delayed or cancelled because of the weather.
We were in fact forced to stay an additional night in Madeira because
the weather was too bad to fly out
and it was nice to hear this before we arrived at the airport and know that
we would be provided accomodation from the airline.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Madeira – the first time we have visited but it will not be the last time! We were very impressed with Madeira-Airport-Transfers, right from your extremely quick acknowledgement of our initial request e-mail. If we remember correctly, we sent the e-mail on a Saturday evening and received your confirmation on a Sunday, which was surprisingly welcome! Both your drivers were on time (although our arrival flight was late) and efficient and we thought the price you quoted was fair & reasonable.
So, thank you, we were pleased with your service and cannot suggest any way for you to improve – keep doing it as you do! And we will definitely use you again when we visit Madeira in the future.
