Clean Taxi

We were very pleased with the service given by your company.
Your driver was waiting for us at the airport and also 2 weeks later at our hotel to take us to Funchal airport.
The Taxi was clean and the driver very smart.
If ever we are in Madeira we would definately use your company again.

Courteous and Polite

We were very pleased with the service that you supplied in transporting us from the airport to our hotel and also the return journey.
We had the same driver on both journeys and his driving was very competent. He was courteous and polite and he was also helpful when we had probelms contacting the agent of our rental apartment.

Friendly and Efficient Madeira Transfers

Many thanks for your friendly and efficient service this week. For our return trip to Funchal airport yesterday our driver was actually 15 minutes early, which was extremely useful and both he and the driver who met us on our arrival were helpful and provided lots of useful and interesting information about Madeira. We will certainly use your company again when we come back to the island
(more levada walking next time, having got the taste for it!) and would recommend you to any friends or relatives
who may visit the island in future.

I do hope that the weather has improved for you, although a lot of rain last week we had a very enjoyable holiday.
I would just like to say the transfer to and from the hotel was nothing other than superb. your driver was courteous, punctual and very chatty.

Thank you for arranging our Madeira transfers. We were very pleased with the service we received - the taxi's were there on time and we arrived at our destination exactly as arranged. The driver on our arrival was particularly helpful, giving us additional information about Madeira, it's history and interesting facts and about good restaurants and this was useful and helped us to understand more about your country.
We will be returning to Madeira and to your lovely climate - we will be using your airport transfer arrangements next time too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Madeira – the first time we have visited but it will not be the last time!
We were very impressed with Madeira-Airport-Transfers, right from your extremely quick acknowledgement of our initial request e-mail.
If we remember correctly, we sent the e-mail on a Saturday evening and received your confirmation on a Sunday, which was surprisingly welcome! Both your drivers were on time (although our arrival flight was late) and efficient and we thought the price you quoted was fair & reasonable.
So, thank you, we were pleased with your service and cannot suggest any way for you to improve – keep doing it as you do! And we will definitely use you again when we visit Madeira in the future.
